Pro Chance - Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all registrations between the buyer and Pro Chance Ltd and override any conditions the buyer and Pro Chance Ltd may have otherwise, except those confirmed by Pro Chance Ltd in writing.
Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by Pro Chance Ltd in writing.
This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.
Non UK registrations
Currently we do not except registrations from outside of the UK mainland on this site, but we are happy to talk to you about any international requirements you may have please contact us at info@prochance.co.uk
Payment options for all customers
All registrations require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before Trial days take place. The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.
V.A.T.
All prices include V.A.T & must be paid on all registrations
Currency
All registrations will be transacted in Pounds Sterling.
Prices
Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Trade Description Act
Whilst every care is taken to describe the Trial days accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the Trial days on offer meet their requirements.
Pro Chance Ltd reserves the right to amend specifications on Trial days without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any Trial day from sale without prior notice.
Privacy
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties, if you have a question concerning this please contact us at info@prochance.co.uk
Delivery Policy
All Players will receive a full itinerary of their Trial day, by email, at least 14 days before-hand.
Booking and Cancellation Procedure
Once your payment has been accepted, your confirmation email will be sent confirming your place at your nearest trial day.
To cancel your booking or to change your chosen trial day, you must contact us via email 7 days before the trial day to be eligible to transfer your place to a different trial event.
If you give us 7 days notice we will enter you for the following trial in your region.
Refunds
You can cancel a trial day within 7 days of your booking by emailing us at info@prochance.co.uk
If you cancel a trial day within 7 days of booking you will be entitled to a credit note.
Pro Chance reserve the right to change the date and location of any trial day. Any changes to the trial days will be notified to all attendees and your reserved place will be completely transferable.
If a trial day is more than 50 miles from your post-code you have the right to cancel and receive a credit note by emailing us at info@prochance.co.uk
If Pro Chance have to cancel any trial days due to weather or any other reason, Pro Chance is not responsible for any costs involved in any travel arrangements or accommodation.
Child Protection
All coaches who run our trial days will have all the relevant qualifications including Child Protection Certificates and CRB checks.
Insurance
Pro Chance do not provide any personal injury insurance cover to any players that attend the trial days. Players should contact their relevant County FA for information on where they can acquire personal insurance.
Pro Chance will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or theft of possessions at the trial day.
